I go to https://licences.handisport.org and I connect with the codes I received by email and by post when I joined my club.

How to enter a license request?

In "Structures and licenses" -> "Entry of licenses"

How to change my password ?

Directly on the home page of the licensing tool, by clicking on the padlock drawing at the top right.

How to obtain a certificate of affiliation? An insurance certificate?

My club is in debit and has changed bank account. What to do ?

I send the new RIB and the direct debit mandate to the license department by email or post (see “Useful documents” on the license area). We will make the changes upon receipt.

How do I change my payment method?

To pay for the licenses, I have the choice between pre-purchase and direct debit. I can change my payment method if I wish, on simple request to the licensing department.

The name of my association has changed. What to do ?

I must send a copy of the prefecture receipt for this change to the Licenses department. Changes will be made upon receipt.
